Having previously specialised in Personal Injury work, and qualifying as a solicitor in July 2018, I made the transition to conveyancing which I thoroughly enjoy.
In my spare time I enjoy eating to my hearts content, mostly whilst watching TV series and films.

With a recent start in conveyancing, I’m committed to learning the fine details of property transactions that rewards attention to detail and care. Outside of the office, I’m an avid animal lover and enjoy spending time with my cats

Having joined Swift Lawyers as a member of the new Business team, I have progressed to the Conveyancing Team where I am continuing to gain knowledge which enables me to better assist my clients.
In my spare time I enjoy equestrian sports owing mainly to my love for animals. I have 2 pets and spend a lot of my time with family.

Nazira Adam
Position: Solicitor & Director
I joined the firm in March 2017 having worked and qualified in practices in and around the Manchester area. My area of expertise is litigation, in particular the personal injury sector.
Out of the office I enjoy travelling and assisting in the local community with voluntary/charity work. I also enjoy playing racket sports, in particular badminton and squash.
Nizam Ahmed
Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Nizam joined the practice in July 2016 and oversees the senior management team.
He coordinates the Senior Managers to continue carrying the business in the right direction/ He will be heavily involved in the hiring of senior staff, speak to people around the office, encourage new ideas and creativity.
Outside of the office Nizam engages in a lot of charity work in the local community and also plays many sports, mainly football.

I have been involved in conveyancing for some 8 years now in both residential and commercial properties.
When I’m not conveyancing I enjoy reading, watching TV, gaming, and I also participate in motor- boat racing.

I have been doing Conveyancing , legal and administrative aspects of property transactions since last 15 years, including drafting contracts, reviewing title and mortgage offer, raising/responding to enquiries, conducting title searches, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. I have a wide experience in dealing with transactions having freehold, leasehold, newbuild, shared ownership, remortgages, transfer of equity elements.
